With “prospering by sciences and technologies” as our philosophy, the company emphasizes the construction of an industry-academia-research system and has created a provincial corporate technology center and the Jiangxi Vitamin Engineering Technology Research Center, and cooperated with the Collaborative Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta Region Green Pharmaceuticals to found the “Collaborative Vitamin Medicine R&D Center of the Collaborative Innovation Center of Yangtze River Delta Region Green Pharmaceuticals and Tianxin Pharmaceutical”. We have also created an R&D center in Shanghai, which is dedicated to researching the most valuable products. In addition, the company has been maintaining constructive cooperation with prestigious domestic academies. 

Presently, more than 10% of the company’s employees are R&D personnel. They specialize in a great many fields including chemicals, chemistry, and biology. Among them, there are 50 middle and senior technicians. All the R&D personnel are veterans of R&D, production, quality and corporate management, which has ensured the success of technical innovation.

In recent years, the company has commercialized more than 20 scientific and technological achievements and took possession of 17 national patents for invention, of which the vitamin B1 green synthesis technology project won second prize in Jiangxi Province for scientific and technological progress.
